Ingredients
Calcium citrate, fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide), coating (glazing agent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), emulsifier (polysorbate 80), vitamins, glazing agents (beeswax, carnauba wax).
How to use
Take 1 to 2 Soft Chews daily to supplement to your diet. Best taken between meals or in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, unless prescribed otherwise. This product is unsuitable for children under the age of 18 years. If you take two chewable tablets daily, these are best taken at different times to ensure optimal intake of calcium into the body. We recommend that you take the chewable tablet at a different time to your daily multivitamin, with at least 2 hours in between.
In consultation with your nutritionist or physician, you can determine how many chews you need a day to supplement your diet the best way possible. This depends on the amount of dairy (such as cheese, milk and yoghurt) you take every day. Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless prescribed otherwise.

> So please take the Calcium Soft Chew at different moments during the day (with at least two hours in between). The body is not able to absorb more than 500mg of calcium once at a time.

Calcium is not part of the Multi because it decreases the absorption of iron. Iron is one of the ingredients of the Multi P, G and E. To receive a sufficient amount of calcium, it is important to take separate calcium supplements. The amount of calcium you need, depends on your type of surgery, among others.
On top of the calcium absorption through foods, it is recommended to take about 1000 extra a day. Your body reaches an optimum absorption of calcium with an amount of 500 mg per time, because the body is not able to absorb more at the same time. It is therefore recommended to use it with at least two hours of time in between.
